Must Dos:

60% Relationships:

  • primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships 
  • check-ins and  business reviews to assess customer satisfaction; improvement.
  • Understand each customer's business objectives and tailor solutions to meet their needs.

40% Adopt to Product:

  • Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to identify trends 
  • drive adoption, usage, and value realization of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address any challenges 
  • Develop and deliver engaging webinars,workshops to educate customers on best practices.
  • customer advocate within the organization, 
  • Help create customer success stories, such as case studies and testimonials.
  • Track key metrics renewal, satisfaction survey scores.
  • Address customer concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.

What make you successful if have these in your toolbox example

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, managing and growing customer accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-centric mindset.
  • Experience working with CRM and softwares
