60% Relationships:
- primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned customer accounts.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships
- check-ins and business reviews to assess customer satisfaction; improvement.
- Understand each customer's business objectives and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
40% Adopt to Product:
- Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to identify trends
- drive adoption, usage, and value realization of our solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address any challenges
- Develop and deliver engaging webinars,workshops to educate customers on best practices.
- customer advocate within the organization,
- Help create customer success stories, such as case studies and testimonials.
- Track key metrics renewal, satisfaction survey scores.
- Address customer concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
What make you successful if have these in your toolbox example
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, managing and growing customer accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-centric mindset.
- Experience working with CRM and softwares
